BELOW IS A WELL SYSTEM INSPECTION CHECK LIST WHICH ALLOWS US TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS AND GIVE YOU KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR CURRENT SITUATION WITH YOUR WELL WATER SYSTEM

• Test well pump amperage (electrical resistance)
• Check for proper air charge in tank
• Check cycling time of pump
• Check setting of pressure switch
• Make sure house valve is working in case of an emergency
• Test water ph, iron, and hardness content to determine if water treatment is needed (or is working properly)
• Advise (confidentially) whether well structure and tank location meet current county codes
• Provide sterile container and recommend analysis company where water can be checked for purity
• Explain the operation of well water and filter systems to the homeowner
